New opt-in Free tier at $0: 400 submissions and 50 email alerts/mo, 7-day retention, webhooks and CSV included. Paid upgrades anytime.

  • ✔Start free from the dashboard, billing page, or pricing page — no card, no Razorpay, no payment gateway on the free path; idempotent activation unlocks project and form creation immediately.
  • ✔400 dashboard submissions + 50 email notifications per month (split-quota): after the email cap, submissions still save to the dashboard and CSV export, and webhooks keep firing — only email sends pause.
  • ✔1 webhook endpoint per form (HMAC-signed, same retry pipeline as paid) so free workspaces can route leads to Slack, Telegram, or any CRM; paid plans keep 5 endpoints per form.
  • ✔Zero file storage on Free (uploads stay a paid feature); small CSV export (1,000 rows) covering the full 7-day retention window.
  • ✔Paid → Free downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period with over-limit warnings; existing data is never deleted, and extra webhook endpoints are grandfathered.

Dashboard submission limits increased on every plan — Basic 15,000, Starter 55,000, Growth unlimited — with email caps now metered separately.

  • ✔Basic: 500 → 15,000 dashboard submissions/month at the same ₹249; Starter: 1,000 → 55,000 at the same $7 / €6.49 / ₹499; Growth: 3,000 → unlimited (200,000/month fair-use cap).
  • ✔Email notifications are now metered separately (500 / 1,000 / 3,000 per month): after the email cap, submissions still save to the dashboard and CSV export — only the email send pauses until the next period.
  • ✔Forms and projects per workspace raised to 3 on Basic, 10 on Starter, and 50 on Growth at no extra cost.
  • ✔Faster inbox at high volume: org-scoped indexes, counter-based totals instead of full-table counts, and a 90-day bound on workspace-wide text search.
  • ✔Retention windows (14 / 30 / 120 days) are now enforced by a daily cleanup job; expired submissions and their files are removed in bounded batches.
  • ✔Billing page shows both meters with per-plan email caps, and suppressed-email submissions explain the skipped send on their detail page.
