How do file upload limits and storage quotas work?
File uploads are included on all paid plans. Basic includes 1 file per submission up to 5 MB with 100 MB total storage. Starter supports 2 files up to 10 MB each (20 MB/sub) with 400 MB storage. Growth supports 4 files up to 20 MB each (30 MB/sub) with 1,000 MB (1 GB) storage. Files upload directly to private cloud storage and expire automatically with submission retention.
What happens if I exceed my monthly submission limit?
On Free, Basic, and Starter, submissions arriving after your plan limit is reached are rejected with a clear dashboard alert so you can upgrade before leads are lost. On Growth there is no submission ceiling (200,000/month fair-use cap). Email notifications have their own separate caps — after the email cap, submissions still save to your dashboard and CSV export (and webhooks still fire); only the email send pauses until the next period.
How many submissions do I get on each plan?
Free includes 400 dashboard submissions and 50 email notifications per month ($0). Basic includes 15,000 dashboard submissions and 500 email notifications per month (₹249, INR only). Starter includes 55,000 submissions and 1,000 emails ($7 / €6.49 / ₹499). Growth includes unlimited submissions with 3,000 emails ($13 / €11.99 / ₹899). Files and storage quotas are unchanged by submission volume.
